Hunter 82003 Sand Dollar Bathroom Fan with Light, Brushed Nickel Review

Bought the fan for a small bathroom (80 sq feet) that has an "at the beach" theme.I was a bit worried about what the fan actually looked like but it looks great!The cover is rough (just like a sand dollar) and doesn't look cheap.It is relatively quiet and works fine.I might not recommend it for a large bathroom since it doesn't have the capacity to pull enough air but is fine for smaller bathrooms.

heater, floor/upright, 2 heat settings, ivory with gray accents (HUN25986) Category: Heaters Review

I bought this because it was cheap and I was using a borrowed one at the office (where the a/c blasts whether we need it or not). I got it yesterday and it kicks the big green Black and Decker I was using's butt. With the other one I had to keep it on the highest settings. This one is smaller and it can either be upright or laying down. I keep it laying down (seems more stable that way). I run it at the low power setting and at medium heat setting and it warms up better than the other one did. I JUST READ OTHER REVIEWS ELSEWHERE THAT IT CAN BREAK AFTER A FEW WEEKS. So remember when you read this review that I've only had it for a day and a half. I'm loving it but I'm cautious about buying one for home. I'll wait and see how this one stands the test of time.

The reason is your shipping costs which are outragious.The shipping costs more than the product itself and here I can go to Drugstore.com where it is free shipping and the item is less also.

Honeywell Enviracare 60000 Tower Air Purifier with IFD Filter Review

I purchased this air filter a few weeks ago. Apart from being very noisy, it was totally ineffective. After running for two weeks, the filter still has not collected any dust! I didn't research enough before buying an air purifier, but now realize that HEPA is the only way to go if you actually want to purify your air, not just move it around.

UPDATE

As a replacement purifier I purchased the Honeywell 17000 HEPA QuietCare Air Cleaner (see my review of this product).It works much better and actually removes particles etc from the air really well.

I tried selling my IFD fiter on E-Bay but no one would buy it - not even for 3 dollars!What a POS!

Black & Decker WF50 CHARCOAL FILTER Review

I think I resent that a coffeemaker sold today does not offer a ready source for it's own filters. There should be a universal filter. These make my coffeemaker smell funny and I don't know that they do anything.Gimmick?
Can't get them in stores and ordering online makes them twice the price. I will go unfiltered from now on...and am currently searching for a new coffeemaker. Seller was very good - shipped fast (shipping cost probably included some profit tho)

Soleus Air 1500-Watt Oil Radiator Review

I purchased the Soleus Air 1500-Watt Oil Radiator because I wanted a silent heat source for my bedroom, a heat source which would keep my bedroom warm and not disrupt my sleep. The Soleus radiator turned out to be a poor choice.

The radiator is quiet. It doesn't use any fans. The radiator's thermostat audibly clicks when turning the radiator's heat on and off, but the periodic clicking is not loud. The clicks do not disrupt my sleep.

Sadly, the radiator does not put out an adequate amount of heat. In the master bedroom, where the radiator is located, one might get a one or two-degree increase in temperature after operating the radiator for an hour, or more. I've tried placing the radiator three feet from my bed, which is the minimum distance from furniture specified in the operator's manual. I still couldn't detect any appreciable heat from the radiator.

If you're looking for a good space heater, keep looking! This radiator is not up to the task!
