I have purchased official Holmes filters as well as aftermarket products for over 5 years.The ones purchased here are absolutely worthless.They last 48 hours then cease to absorb and wick the water, thereby not allowing the machine to humidify the house. I will have to look elsewhere to purchase replacement filters.The service was good - the supplier of the product to the vendor supplied an inferior product.
