Ask if this is a GENUINE filter before you order it. The one I ordered (with the same name but from a company called "thepartsbiz") was not. It might be as good but, then again, it might not. However, by using the "MoistAIR" name, it implies it is a genuine filter. I eMailed the company (through Amazon) but they haven't bothered to respond. Guess who I'm not buying from again? Looks like a number of vendors sell this product so who knows what they're selling?(I'm rating it "one star" only because it wasn't as represented.)
