I gave this to my daughter for her birthday. She was thrilled with the product. After a week or so she called and said that it had stopped working. She read directions and let it rest for a while. She made sure everything was clean inside. It still didn't work. She finally called to have it returned. Amazon said they would give her a merchandise credit, but she was so disheartened.
