We recently had to change our unit as the old one was over 20 years old. We were glad to find this unit still available. It works well, though I've been told this is not the best humidifier in town. We dont really have experience with any other kind so we have no complaints. I believe this is probably one of the few models out there with can fit in a very small furnace space - which is probably why the previous owners had it fitted in our unit.
