Item did not work despite being brand new. Called Crane and they sent me other parts which did NOT fix the problem. Took two days to get a hold of them, no one answers the phone at their customer service line. After two weeks, multiple phone calls and extra parts being shipped I asked for a refund and I was told they "don't do refunds" and I have to send the product's power cord back and they will send me a new product. Quite frankly I'm not interested in a product that doesn't work, nor did I buy the product anticipating a two to three week issue. We actually needed the humidifier so I had to go out and buy another brand (which works wonderfully).
