So far this humidifier has been great. We purchased two of them and we have used them in both our children's rooms for several weeks.Our big problems w/humidifiers in the past has been mold, white dust on the furniture, and too much moisture in the room, but we have not had these issues with these humidifiers.We only use them at night and empty them in the morning to let them dry out during the day.I'm sure that helps with those issues also.
