I studied for awhile before selecting this humidifier for my office.It was one of the most expensive models offered, but I liked the large tank.The design of the tank was so poor, it must be held under the faucet to fill because it does not have a flat bottom.It is quite heavy when full.The tank is made of very think plastic.Sure enough, I dropped the tank while filling it and it shattered just a few weeks after purchase.No replacement tank is available.It's hard to imagine a greater dissatisfaction from a product.Click Here to see more reviews about: Honeywell HCM-300T UV Cool MistTower
